The first day of action brought 416 players into the WPT Main Event, including Tony G, Bertrand Grospellier, Bruno Fitoussi, Antoine Saout, Huck Seed, Antonio Esfandiari, Annette Obrestad, and Liz Lieu. But only 151 players staved off elimination and survived to play another day.
